Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the model doesn’t suit you, you can exercise your right to a return or exchange.

1. Goods of Proper Quality (14-Day Rule)

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, you may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt if:

• The product has not been disassembled or used.
• There are no traces of assembly, glue, or painting.
• The original packaging and appearance are perfectly preserved.
• Note: Damage to the original packaging is grounds for refusal of the return.

2. Exceptions

• Custom Orders: Items with personal engraving or non-standard parameters are not subject to return or exchange.
• International Orders: Returns are only possible in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

3. Return Procedure & Refunds

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, SteelArtKyiv covers the costs.
• Tracking: You must provide the tracking number (TTN) within 24 hours of dispatch.
• Refunds: Funds are refunded within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the goods. The refund is made via the original payment method.
