Warranty Policy

At SteelArtKyiv, we take pride in our handcrafted metal scale models and guarantee the high quality of every piece.

1. Warranty Period

• All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt.
• Note: Following the enactment of the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX, the warranty period will automatically be extended to 2 years in accordance with legislative requirements.

2. What is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects:

• Inaccuracies in connections or missing components.
• Factory metal defects or laser cutting errors.
• Engraving errors (if the text differs from the version you approved).

3. What is Not Covered

• Mechanical damages caused by the buyer (falls, improper use).
• Scratches or color changes (tarnishing) due to high humidity or improper storage.
• Minor irregularities in cutting lines or characteristic features of manual production (these are part of the individual nature of the product).

4. How to File a Claim

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period:

1. Email steelartkyiv@ukr.net with the subject “Warranty Claim”.
2. Include your order number.
3. Attach clear photos or videos of the defect.

We will review your request within 24 hours on working days. If a defect is confirmed, you are entitled to free rectification, a replacement, or a full refund.
