Shipping & Terms of Service

By placing an order with SteelArtKyiv, you agree to the following logistics and payment terms.

1. Inspection at Delivery

Important: The buyer is obliged to inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery service representative.

  • If you find any damage, you must document it in a written report (Act) immediately.
  • Claims regarding damages not documented at the time of receipt will not be accepted.

2. International Orders

  • Shipping: All orders are shipped from Ukraine.
  • Customs & Taxes: The buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties and VAT required by their country’s legislation.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by international logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure.
  • Lost Parcels: We will assist in opening a dispute with the carrier but cannot guarantee compensation from third parties.

3. Refusal of Orders

  • If a buyer refuses a pre-paid order without a valid reason, the cost of return shipping and storage will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For international orders, the cost of customs clearance for the return will also be deducted.
